WP SiteDelivery is a software product provided by Alexander Aguilera (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit wpsitedelivery.com, contact us, purchase WP SiteDelivery or use our software.

Local-first software

WP SiteDelivery is designed to operate within your own WordPress installation. When you upload a package, preview it, deploy it, create a backup or restore a page using the current local-first product, related website content is processed and stored on your WordPress site and hosting environment—not on WP SiteDelivery servers.

If a future feature sends package content, site content or personal information to an external WP SiteDelivery service, we will clearly disclose that before it happens and update this Policy as appropriate.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name and message; purchase information such as email, transaction details and order ID; and support information you voluntarily send, including screenshots, logs or package files.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private keys or API keys through support email.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support WP SiteDelivery, process purchases, respond to inquiries, maintain security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential technologies needed for site operation. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any consent choice required by law.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers needed to operate the website, process payments, provide email and maintain records, including Lemon Squeezy for payments. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, tax, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, but no internet system is completely secure. We may update this Policy as our product and business evolve; the current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
