Early Access & Refund Policy

This Policy applies to purchases of WP SiteDelivery Early Access from Alexander Aguilera.

Early Access

WP SiteDelivery Early Access is offered at an introductory price while the product is still developing. Features, design, documentation, compatibility, pricing and availability may change before general release.

Your purchase includes unlimited use of the purchased WP SiteDelivery software and product updates released for one year from your purchase date. It does not guarantee future features, integrations, product tiers or a particular development timeline.

All Early Access purchases are final

All WP SiteDelivery Early Access purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the current product description, known limitations, system requirements and Terms of Use & Early Access Terms before purchasing. Do not purchase based on an expectation of a future feature or a particular compatibility outcome.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or limit any refund, cancellation, warranty or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be excluded.

Billing questions

If you have a genuine billing issue, contact us first so we can investigate it. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
