Terms of Use & Early Access Terms
Effective October 10, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the WP SiteDelivery website, software, plugins, documentation and related services (the “Service”). WP SiteDelivery is a software product provided by Alexander Aguilera (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Service, installing a WP SiteDelivery plugin or purchasing Early Access, you agree to these Terms.
What WP SiteDelivery does
WP SiteDelivery helps WordPress site administrators review and deploy compatible website packages into WordPress. It is a deployment and management tool—not website hosting, legal, security, accessibility, privacy or professional advice.
You are responsible for the websites, code, content, images, data, forms, integrations and functionality you upload, deploy, publish or make available through your WordPress site.
Early Access
WP SiteDelivery Early Access is an early-stage offering. Features, documentation, compatibility, pricing and availability may change as the product develops. We may provide updates and improvements, but do not promise a specific future feature, release date, compatibility outcome or support level.
Your purchase includes unlimited use of the purchased WP SiteDelivery software and product updates released for one year from your purchase date. It does not guarantee future features, integrations, tiers or services not expressly described at purchase.
Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased software. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, remove proprietary notices, bypass product restrictions, or use the Service to create or distribute malware, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Your packages, testing and backups
You retain ownership of your content and packages and confirm that you have the rights to use them. You must review packages before deployment and test your website after deployment. Maintain your own current backups before using WP SiteDelivery on a live website.
Validation, preview, backup and recovery features reduce risk but do not eliminate it. We are not responsible for lost data, downtime, conflicts, search-ranking changes, hosting limitations, third-party failures or issues in your package, WordPress installation or deployed website.
Fees, payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Early Access purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please read the Early Access & Refund Policy before purchasing.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every WordPress configuration, or that a package or resulting website will be secure, lawful, accessible, performant or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or reputational harm. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
